Shipping And Handling

We take delivery very seriously. You can find the UK delivery time for any of our products on the relevant product page, just to the right of the product image, or in the Delivery & Returns tab in the product description. These vary based on complexity of shipping and the service used. These times are a guideline - however, in well over 99% of cases (and rising), we achieve or beat them.



DST Delivery Prices

We offer FREE delivery throughout mainland UK and Northern Ireland on many of our products. This excludes certain items that are difficult to ship and some special offers. ‘Mainland UK’ is defined by the delivery area set by our couriers - although geographically belonging to the mainland we do have to charge a delivery fee to some parts of the Scottish Highlands and other outer lying areas given the increased costs charged by couriers for despatch to these areas. We do however attempt to keep these costs to our customers as low as possible.

*Please note - non-mainland UK delivery usually takes 1 working day longer than the stated delivery time.



DST Delivery Methods

We use either Royal Mail or a courier service to deliver your items, depending on the size, weight and value of your order.

For small to medium parcels – Royal Mail Untracked or Hermes Tracked.

If you are not in when the delivery driver calls, a card will be left with details on how you can arrange another delivery at a more convenient time, or, if you would prefer, collect from your local sorting office (for Royal Mail deliveries), or from the courier company’s office (for courier deliveries).

You will receive an email from us when your order is despatched, along with any tracking information associated with your order. If you have not received this email, or wish to contact us regarding your delivery, please contact us at sales@dstele.com or on 0800 888 6008 during office hours 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.


WE WILL ALWAYS ENDEAVOUR TO SUPPLY YOUR ORDER WITHIN THESE TIMES BUT CAN ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY EXPENSE OR INCONVENIENCE CAUSED BY LATE DELIVERY.

*TRADE ORDERS HAVE SEPARATE DELIVERY RATES AND SCHEDULES THAT CAN BE NEGOTIATED PRIOR TO ORDER.
